Request for events (on and off-site) must be submitted to the office at least two weeks prior to the event. Please take into account any advertising you would like to plan accordingly for time. The staff will review your request, and you will receive a response within a week, which will include your room assignments and set-up/clean-up instructions, if applicable. Please do not promote an event before you have received approval.

To request the use of resources, please fill out applicable lines, marking others as NA.
