Annual Child Registration
Please take a moment to register each child in your family for nursery/toddler care, Sunday morning programming, Wednesday evening programming, and additional activities that come up throughout the year. This will help us update contact information, allergy concerns that may have occurred in the last year, and emergency contact information.
